Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Formulate the "Monthly Raw Material Demand and Arrival Plan" based on the monthly sales plan.
Track and adjust raw material arrivals as per plan.
Coordinate with internal teams for arrival, unloading, and inspection of urgent raw materials.
Monitor consumption speed and arrival timing to ensure safe supply.
Coordinate with Technical and Production teams regarding non-moving/obsolete raw materials.
Provide timely feedback on inventory warnings and shortages; organize relevant departments to resolve issues.
Compile statistics on the timeliness of goods arrival from the purchasing department.
Raise Purchase Requisitions in the system to ensure timely raw material arrival.
Manage inventory of raw materials (Local/Import EP/PP).
Establish and maintain raw material engineering files.
Focus on non-moving raw materials; create and follow monthly action plans for consumption.
Analyze gaps between forecast, sales plan, and actual sales.
Track raw material stock transfers across all plants.
Monitor ETA details for all imported raw materials.
