We’re Hiring: Production Planning & Control Specialist Company: Raj Industries (Gypdrive – The Perfect Grip) Location: Derabassi, Punjab Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Production Planning or Control Job Role: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Production Planning & Control Specialist to manage and optimize our manufacturing schedules, material requirements, and production processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling fast-paced industrial production environments. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor daily/monthly production plans Ensure material availability and reduce downtime Coordinate with stores, purchase, and shop floor teams Maintain optimal inventory levels Monitor KPI metrics related to efficiency, lead time, and wastage Handle real-time adjustments in planning due to breakdowns or delays Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or control Proficiency in Excel and ERP software Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and capacity planning Good coordination and communication skills Apply Now!
