Production Planning & Control Specialist

As a Production Planning & Control Specialist at Raj Industries (Gypdrive The Perfect Grip) located in Derabassi, Punjab, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing manufacturing schedules, material requirements, and production processes. You should possess a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Production Planning or Control in a fast-paced industrial production setup. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and monitoring daily/monthly production plans, ensuring material availability to reduce downtime, coordinating with stores, purchase, and shop floor teams, maintaining optimal inventory levels, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency, lead time, and wastage, as well as handling real-time adjustments in planning due to breakdowns or delays. To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and capacity planning, proficiency in Excel and ERP software, and excellent coordination and communication skills.
