To support the PPC Manager in executing production planning, monitoring progress against milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of customer orders. The PPC Engineer will coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain planning accuracy, system implementation, and quality compliance.
l Assist in preparing and updating the monthly and rolling 3-month production plans.
l Monitor daily progress against the milestone sheet and escalate delays.
l Support in releasing daily assembly and testing plans.
l Coordinate with production, purchase, and assembly teams for daily and weekly planning.
l Participate in daily product realization meetings and follow up on pending actions.
l Communicate Proforma Invoice intimation for upcoming deliveries to post-sales.
l Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
l Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
l Optimize resource utilization (manpower, machines, materials).
l Maintain accurate records of production plans, schedules, and performance metrics.
l Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
l Ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant standards.
l Verify advance payment status for applicable orders before processing.
l Assist in providing delivery confirmations to pre-sales as per guidelines.
l Ensure CRM entries for customer PO delivery dates are accurate and updated.
l Maintain QMS documentation and support internal/external audits.
l Assist in preparing quarterly data analysis of quality objectives.
l Ensure CAPA implementation for any NCs raised during audits.
l Knowledge of GGC valve manufacturing processes.
l Familiarity with ERP systems
l Proficiency in MS Excel and production planning tools.
l Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
l Good communication and coordination skills.
l Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
