Key Responsibilities:
Creating and maintaining production schedules based on factors like sales forecasts, customer orders, and available resources.
Determining the necessary materials, equipment, and manpower required for production and ensuring their availability.
Analysing production processes and identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
Monitoring inventory levels, managing stock replenishment, and minimizing waste.
Collaborating with different departments (production, procurement, logistics, etc.) to align schedules and ensure smooth workflow.
Tracking production progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays, and reporting on production status to relevant stakeholders.
Analysing production data to identify trends, measure performance, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
