Production Planner

You will be responsible for close coordination with the sales and plant team. Reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain Management, your key tasks will involve planning production based on received Purchase Orders (POs). This will include calculating material requirements against the POs (MRP) and submitting procurement requests for raw materials and packing materials such as tubing, trays, boxes, and pallets as per customer specifications. Additionally, you will be required to create Bills of Materials (BOM) and Routing in the SAP system, as well as generate batch plans and share them with all relevant departments. It will be part of your role to daily share the Production Planning sheet with the Sales and Production teams, ensuring that production processes and procedures are diligently followed. You will also play a crucial role in forecasting based on production capacity planning, monitoring SVOP, and supporting the production team to minimize job changes, enhance productivity, reduce job change times, and lower scrap rates. Furthermore, you will be involved in preparing for upcoming ISO and customer audits. In addition to the core responsibilities listed above, you are expected to perform all duties in a safe manner and maintain a professional approach while utilizing strong communication skills.
