We are Hiring for Power Manufacturing Company Department: Production / Manufacturing Location: Changodar Ahmedabad Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Industrial / Any relevant field) Experience: Fresher / 0– 2 Year Salary : 18000/CTC+ Incentive Job Summary:The Production Trainee will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing process, learning standard operating procedures (SOPs), and supporting the production team to ensure smooth operations and product quality. This is an entry-level position designed to train and develop candidates for future roles within the production department. Key Responsibilities:Assist in daily production activities as per assigned tasks. Operate machinery and equipment under supervision. Follow safety and quality standards during production operations. Learn and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Support the shift in-charge and senior operators in achieving production targets. Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the shop floor. Record daily production data and report to supervisors. Participate in training programs related to production, maintenance, and quality. Skills & Competencies:Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new techniques.
