Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to ensure optimal stock without excess or shortage. Identify and update inventory requirements based on production schedules, repair demands, and sales forecasts. Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of materials. Implement and maintain an organized inventory system. Machine Repair Section Supervision: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the machine repair section. Ensure timely diagnosis and repair of machines, maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Allocate repair tasks to technicians and monitor their progress. Maintain records of machine repairs, including parts used and time spent. Production Progress Follow-up: Regularly communicate and follow up with machine operators to track work progress against production targets. Identify and address any roadblocks or inefficiencies in the production process. Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards. Report on daily/weekly production output and status Documentation & Billing: Prepare Delivery Challans (DC) and Bills accurately and efficiently for dispatched goods and completed repair services. Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and maintained as per company policies. Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
