Production Officer/ Production Supervisor

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
- To survey the villages suitable for meeting seed production requirements by coordinating with Organizers.
- To deliver the target volume of saleable seed at right time.
- To implement the Quality systems & procedures to facilitate Quality seed production.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To organize the seed production in required acreages & co-ordinate with Organizers & Growers.
- To plan and ensure all production operations at field level as per the companys requirements.
- To ensure the product security.
- To educate and train the growers, Organizers and Organizers assistants on best production practices
- Lead and supervise a team of 56 TFAs, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of all operations.
- To co-ordinate the activities of production with Quality Assurance (QA) & Plant &
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports and records, submitting them to supervisors on time.
- To maintain good relations with growers and Organizers.
- Implement the digitalization in the production operations
