PRODUCTION MANAGER(PHARMA INDUSTRY)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and control all stages of pharmaceutical production.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, WHO, FDA, and other regulatory guidelines.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet market demand.
• Supervise and lead production staff, ensuring training and performance development.
• Monitor daily production activities, equipment utilization, and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and calibration of production equipment.
• Ensure strict compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, batch manufacturing records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with supply chain, R&D, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Investigate deviations, non-conformances, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
