Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager based in Madurai. The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes. They will ensure that goods are produced efficiently, in the right quantity, and at the right cost level. Day-to-day tasks will involve managing production schedules, overseeing quality control, and ensuring that health and safety regulations are met. The role also includes managing and training staff, optimizing workflow, and liaising with other departments to implement the company’s policies and goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Management, Manufacturing, and Operations
• Leadership skills, including team management and training
• Knowledge of Quality Control and Health & Safety regulations
• Proficiency in Production Scheduling and Workflow Optimization
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
• Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
