Job Description : Location: Kolkata (only) Experience : 10 years Minimum Responsibilities Lead and manage the entire production process, from raw material to finished product, utilizing machinery. Develop and implement efficient production plans, prioritizing on-time delivery and maximising output. Hire, train, and supervise a team of production personnel. Conduct regular quality checks throughout the production process, upholding our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship. Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Manage raw material inventory, implementing reorder points and proactively sourcing new materials. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, streamlining processes, and optimizing production efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Production, or equivalent 10+ years of experience in furniture manufacturing Working under ISO standards Exposure to CNC machinery, carpentry processes, or modular furniture assembly Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar technical design software Strong knowledge of production planning tools, ERP systems, and quality standards Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar technical design software In-depth knowledge of modular furniture manufacturing processes and materials Experience with lean manufacturing principles Mandatory - located in commutable distance to Kolkata, West Bengal, India
