Job Description

Job Title: Production Manager
Experience: 1–3 Years
preferred Candidate: Female

Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Female Production Manager to oversee daily operations across cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing units. The role requires coordination, quality control, and timely delivery management.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and monitor daily production activities
Ensure quality standards and timely output
Coordinate between sampling, production, and dispatch teams
Maintain production records and handle workforce efficiency

Requirements:

Experience in garment/textile manufacturing
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Basic knowledge of production flow and quality control
Good communication and MS Excel skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
