Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily production operations and ensure achievement of production targets.
Plan and implement production schedules, resource allocation, and manpower utilization.
Monitor process parameters and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and productivity goals.
Coordinate with Quality, Purchase, Maintenance, and Stores to ensure smooth workflow.
Review and control production documentation as per ISO13485 ISO9001 and internal SOPs.
Drive process optimization, waste reduction, and efficiency improvement initiatives.
Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
Support new product development (NPD) and validation activities.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements.
Provide leadership, training, and motivation to the production team.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing setup.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 ISO13485, GMP, and documentation practices.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with machine operation, setup, and maintenance coordination.
Proficiency in MS Office, production reports, and ERP systems.
