position summary

The production manager could be chargeable for supervising and coordinating the total cycle of production sports at Graphonet advertising. This consists of making plans, fabrication, printing, signage, branding, and occasion execution. Key responsibilities

Plan and reveal manufacturing schedules for signage, retail show gadgets, branding, and event tasks.

Oversee in-house teams managing fabrication, printing, and set up sports.

control uncooked material procurement, supplier negotiations, and stock manage.

Collaborate with design, client servicing, and advertising and marketing teams to align deliverables with customer requirements.

Lead on-website execution for installations, branding campaigns, and event setups.

Required abilities & abilities

strong information of signage production, fabrication techniques, POP/POS shows, and branding execution.

Familiarity with digital and offset printing, ACP/acrylic work, LED presentations, and retail furniture.

extremely good management abilties with confirmed enjoy in managing manufacturing groups.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3-6 years (or more) experience in production/manufacturing, especially signage/display/branding or print production.
• Strong knowledge of the manufacturing processes of signage, displays, printing methods, materials (acrylic, ACP, metal, LED) etc.
• Good experience with workshop operations & print finishing.
• Ability to manage teams, timelines, quality & multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills.
• Willingness to travel / coordinate with installation sites across India as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
