Production Manager

Job Title: Production Manager

Experience: 12 to 17 Years

Education: B.E / Diploma

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Implement and optimize lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency.
• Monitor and control production schedules and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and quality assurance protocols. (e.g., IATF, ISO).
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams for smooth operations.
• Manage and train production staff to enhance performance and productivity.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and drive continuous improvement projects.
• Generate reports on production performance and KPIs for management review.

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality standards.
• Hands-on experience with automation, assembly processes, and lean manufacturing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with automotive parts manufacturing (Sensors, Solenoids, Coils, etc.) is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
