Production of Jackets & Cut Panels

1. Monitor loading, Check attendance of operators and carry put line balancing basis the outcome 2. Responsible for manpower planning, allotment of manpower to various operations3. Escalate material problem to the Factory Manufacturing Head4. Manage the line production flow5. Meet the projected target as per schedule6. Responsible for hourly production movement reports,WIP reports ,target completion report and Order status report7. Co-ordinate and supervise, optimum output, Plan and set lines.8. Briefing daily activities to supervisors and team leaders9. Responsible for 5s implementation in the value Stream

3. Batch Setting-based on style,optimum quality and production

4. Monitoring production timescales and quality Standards

5. Introduce quality improvement techniques

6. Maintain optimum WIP and thereby increase production efficiency

2. Ensure full shipment as planned and committed without any rejections

3. Attendance and Leave management of direct reports

4. Responsible for ensuring safe , healthy & compliant working environment as per the provisions of Factories Act, Prevention of Sexual Harrasment to Women at Workplace Act,2013 etc.

5.Recommend & implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods,equipment performance,product quality and efficiency

6.Recommend and implement measures to improve employee engagement score
