Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Okhla Phase 2, Delhi

CTC : 4 to 6 LPA

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Openings: 2 | Immediate Joiners Preferred

Role Overview:

Production Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end production activities ensuring smooth operations, quality control and timely delivery.
• Plan, organize, and manage daily production schedules to meet targets and efficiency standards.
• Lead and manage the production workforce, ensuring proper training, motivation and discipline.
• Coordinate with Quality, R&D and Supply Chain teams for continuous process improvements.
• Maintain optimum inventory of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.
• Monitor machinery maintenance and minimize downtime through preventive maintenance practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, etc.) to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience

   in the FMCG industry.
• Preference for candidates with experience in 

  manufacturing Agarbatti, Dhoop, and Sambrani Cups

  .
• Proficiency in 

  MS Excel

   is required.
