Production Manager

As a Production Manager at Prescott Venture Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for leading and overseeing daily field operations at our Oil & Gas site in Jambusar, Gujarat. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas production, you will demonstrate strong team leadership skills and a proven track record in safety and operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include supervising field production activities and site staff, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining smooth field operations. You will also be tasked with monitoring production data to optimize site performance and coordinating effectively with HSE, drilling, and maintenance teams. To be successful in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field. Additionally, you should possess at least 10 years of relevant industry experience, with a mandatory involvement in at least one Oil & Gas project. Your strong leadership, field supervision, and reporting skills will be crucial, along with your willingness to work full-time in field-based conditions.
