Job Description

Location: Jambusar, Gujarat Type: Full-Time | On-Site | Contractual / Permanent (based on experience) Prescott Venture Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee daily field operations at our Oil & Gas site in Jambusar. The ideal candidate must have 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas production, strong team leadership skills, and a solid track record in safety and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Supervise field production activities and site staff Ensure safety compliance and smooth field operations Monitor production data and optimize site performance Coordinate with HSE, drilling, and maintenance teams Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field 10+ years of relevant industry experience (at least one Oil & Gas project mandatory) Strong leadership, field supervision, and reporting skills Willingness to work full-time in field-based conditions Preference will be given to candidates from Gujarat or nearby regions.
