Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with strong expertise in PE extrusion blow film and plastic packaging production. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading production teams, ensuring product quality, and driving efficiency improvements across the factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily production operations for PE extrusion blow film and plastic packaging products.
• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer requirements.
• Lead and train the production workforce to achieve efficiency and productivity goals.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and ISO requirements.
• Monitor raw material usage (LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE, recycled materials) and optimize consumption.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and improve output.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure minimum downtime.
• Prepare reports on production performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Polymer/Plastics
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Production Manager (or similar role) in plastic extrusion blow film and packaging manufacturing.
• Strong technical knowledge of extrusion lines, bag-making machines, and recycling processes.
• Proven ability to manage teams and achieve production targets.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
