PE Plastic Extrusion Machine Operator

Job description

We are hiring an experienced PE Extrusion Operator to run and maintain plastic extrusion machines (mono or multi-layer). If you have a strong background in plastic film production and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion machines.
• Adjust machine parameters to meet product specifications (thickness, width, speed).
• Conduct quality checks and record production data.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report malfunctions.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in the work area.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an extrusion machine operator (LDPE/LLDPE/HDPE films preferred).
• Knowledge of blown film or cast film extrusion processes.
• Ability to read measurements and interpret production orders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
