Production Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee the entire production process, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
*Lead production planning based on unit objectives, ensuring timely and accurate execution.*Ensure production targets are met consistently, both during peak seasons and off-peak periods.*Plan resource allocation for production, considering cost and productivity benchmarks.*Schedule maintenance for all equipment to minimize disruptions to production.*Ensure optimal operation of equipment, minimizing breakdowns and maximizing mechanical efficiency.*Maintain product quality standards through the establishment and review of quality systems.*Achieve product and packaging targets while upholding quality standards.*Maintain comprehensive records of all production reports and create various management information system (MIS) reports.*Implement preventive maintenance schedules on a regular basis to uphold equipment health.*Maintain a safe production environment.*Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders*Manage and train the workforce

Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.*3+ years of production experience.*Strong organizational and managerial skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
