About the Role

Production Manager – Motion Graphics

As a key part of our studio, you'll oversee project lifecycles, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality output across all motion design work.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction and guide visual development across projects
• Manage and mentor a team of designers and animators
• Coordinate production timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative output with client goals
• Ensure consistency and quality across all motion graphics content
• Support branding initiatives through compelling visual storytelling
• Maintain a structured workflow in a fast-paced environment
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in

  creative/art direction

  and

  project management

• Strong team leadership

  skills and ability to motivate creative teams
• Solid understanding of

  video production

  and motion design strategy
• Excellent

  communication

  and

  interpersonal

  skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Degree in

  Graphic Design

  ,

  Fine Arts

  , or a related field
• Previous experience in a

  leadership role

  is a big plus
