Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Tiruppur. The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include planning production schedules, managing daily operations, coordinating with different departments, ensuring quality control, and maintaining production timelines. The Production Manager will also be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring resource optimization, and implementing cost-saving measures. Additionally, they will motivate and lead production teams, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management
• Knowledge of quality control and assurance techniques
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and optimization
• Ability to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the garment or apparel manufacturing industry is a plus
• Freshers and Experienced candidates with leadership qualities.
