Full-time on-site role in PEB/Structure Steel fabrication. The Production Manager will be responsible for achieve monthly target production process, ensuring efficient and effective manufacturing operations, and maintaining quality standards.
Oversee & manage all quality control activities in the steel fabrication workshop.Ensure monthly production of 1500 MT is achieved with full adherence to quality standards. Maintain detailed quality records, inspection reports, client documentation
Manage QC activities in the PEB-Shop Floor, QAP & ITP. Work inspections as per approved Drawings Documents preparation & approval from client Conduct defect analysis & drive Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) to resolve and prevent issues
Will take full ownership of the manufacturing in PEB & Structure operations, ensuring production performance, efficiency, quality. Deep understanding of shop floor operations, strong leadership qualities, to achieve excellence & company goals.
