Production Manager

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Production Planning and Scheduling: Creating and managing production schedules, coordinating resources (labor, materials, equipment), and ensuring efficient workflow.

Quality Control:Implementing and maintaining quality standards, monitoring production processes, and ensuring products meet specified requirements.

Resource Management: Overseeing the allocation and utilization of resources, including raw materials, equipment, and personnel.

Team Management: Supervising and motivating production staff, assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.

Cost Management: Monitoring production costs, identifying areas for cost reduction, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and minimize waste.

Safety Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment, and promoting safe work practices.

Process Optimization: Identifying opportunities for process improvement, implementing changes to enhance productivity and efficiency, and reducing downtime.

Inventory Management: Coordinating with inventory managers to ensure optimal stock levels and timely delivery of materials.

Communication and Reporting: Effectively communicating production status, issues, and performance data to senior management and other relevant departments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
