Production Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to lead our bakery production operations. The ideal candidate will oversee production planning, team supervision, inventory control, and ensure that quality and hygiene standards are maintained across all units. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production activities at the central kitchen or production unit. Plan and implement production schedules in line with outlet demands. Ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety, and quality are maintained. Supervise and train production staff, including bakers, helpers, and packing team. Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams for raw material availability. Maintain documentation and compliance with FSSAI and internal quality audits. Reduce wastage and improve operational efficiency. Work closely with R&D for seasonal product launches and innovation. Qualifications and Skills Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Bakery Technology, or Food Production. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in bakery or food production. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of HACCP, FSSAI norms, and production KPIs. Ability to multitask and manage pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in managing both skilled and unskilled staff.
