Production Manager

As a Production Planning Manager at KALCO Alu-Systems Pvt. Ltd., your main focus will be to ensure timely product deliveries with the right quantity as per sales orders by coordinating with all necessary departments. You must have a good working experience with AutoCAD drawings and Bill of Materials. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-On Experience in Production Planning of Doors/Windows Industry or related segment - Team Management - Good Interpersonal & Team Management Skills Your role will involve: - Planning and scheduling: Creating and managing production schedules, and adjusting them as needed - Managing resources: Ensuring adequate stock levels, and ordering and managing equipment and facilities - Quality control: Setting and enforcing quality standards, and monitoring productivity rates and product standards - Training and coaching: Training and coaching factory operators and sorters - Maintenance: Taking responsibility for the maintenance of equipment, and organizing the repair of any damaged equipment - Customer orders: Ensuring customer orders are completed on time and within budget Qualification Required: - Bachelors or Masters Degree in Production Operations/B. Tech/M. Tech [Mechanical] or other relevant discipline Reporting Office: Ghaziabad, Masuri Gulawathi Road, UPSIDC Indl.
