Responsible for managing the end-to-end manufacturing process of medium- and low-voltage switchboards. This includes supervising the production team, ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining quality standards, and enforcing safety protocols in alignment with industry regulations. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement in production efficiency.
The role involves close collaboration with the estimation, design, procurement, and QC departments, as well as coordination with end customers to ensure successful and satisfactory product delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and expertise in team training and development
Minimum 8-10 years of experience producing MV and LV electrical switchboards
