Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Production Manager in the Fenestration Industry. The Production Manager will oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are produced efficiently, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising staff, coordinating with other departments, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards.

· Developed and implemented a new production schedule, resulting in a 10% reduction in lead time.

· Created and managed manufacturing orders and coordinated material movement through the facility.

· Trained and guided staff to enhance productivity while adhering to safety and quality standards.

· Achieved key performance indicators in cost, quality, and employee engagement through effective leadership.

· Manufacture atleast 30000+ Sqft of door & windows in a single month.

· Managed weekly Stock with purchase department.

· Recruited, trained and mentored assembly and manufacturing staff, cultivating a high performance work ethic.

· Highly active to make production of any profile in Door & window industry, make production sheet, cutting sheets and glass sizes.

· To estimate the value of Door & Windows (Aluminum external, internals& Excel Costing) projects being tendered as part of business development & carry out the pre-sale's activities.

· Coordinating with clients through company sales representatives and dealers to make sure all their requirements are fulfilled.

· Prepare database and generate sale, order and fabrication documents from Eva software.

· Control client leads & distribute to sales person

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
