Production Manager

Role Overview: You will be joining INDIC EMS Electronics Pvt. Ltd. as a Production Manager based in Bengaluru. With 15-20 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, your primary responsibility will be to oversee daily production processes, ensure efficiency, maintain quality standards, and achieve output targets. You will manage workflows, coordinate staff, monitor production schedules, implement improvements, ensure compliance with industry standards, and troubleshoot operational challenges. Additionally, you will focus on optimizing resources and leading production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: - Strong expertise in PCB design, SMT assembly processes, and Thru-Hole component assembly - Experience in equipment operation and process optimization for systems like solder paste printers, AOI machines, and wave soldering systems - Proficiency in production planning, workflow management, and team supervision - Knowledge of quality control processes and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 standards - Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical and operational challenges in manufacturing - Strong communication, team leadership, and organizational skills Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Electronics or a related engineering discipline; higher qualifications will be an asset - Experience in automotive, telecom, or medical electronics manufacturing is advantageous,
