Production Manager (Garments/Apparel)

Roles & Responsibility:- -

Cut to Pack GARMENT Production Planning and control. - Planning of the garments Production , Line Planning , Target Fixation, Hourly Monitoring , WIP, Goods work Method, Maintenance knowledge.

Achievement of the plan.

Capable of the Planning from cutting to Packing .

- Responsible for Production Meeting , Waste control,Schedule all Style to be cut , Sewn , Finished as per frame on time .

Honest & Hard working - Daily Basis Follow up of the Process. - Will be responsible for the Entire Factory Production , Planning , Quality.

- Reporting to management of the Factory Daily Production.

- Able to implement and Monitor Continual improvement Project related to Production & Quality.

- Supervision of all Production Process in the factory. Involved in day to day Cutting, Printing, Embroidery, Stitching, Finishing, Packing .

- Guideline & close Monitoring in cutting, Printing , Embroidery, Stitching & Finishing Packing

- Quality checks Needs to be done at Various Check Points Production work flow , fore casting, Quality & Timely Deliveries.

- Production Management and Quality Management for Wovens

- Arranging the manpower.

- Will be responsible to the ensure Production Execute & Shipping on time every time anticipate and identify Production Problems & find solution that might affect the delivery.

- Working closely with the design team.

- Desired Candidate Profile Should be from Garment Industry Candidate should have good communication skills and presentable Other skills : Textile, Clothing, Fashion, Garments Quality, Production Planning, Production Manager, Process Costing, Manufacturing Management, Product Costing, Apparel, Production Planning Control, Production Executive, Garments, Operations, Production Coordination Preferred skills : Production Management
