• Involving in Process Validation Studies
• New preparation SOPs, BMR, & filled document review
• Control of RM/PM/Bulk/FG testing & release in time.
• RM/PM Deviation control & coordination with Purchase Dept .
• Coordination with Packaging Development dept for PM Specifications , Art Works , Shade Cards, etc.
• In process Quality control & deviation coordination with production dept.
• Comply Internal Audit, External Audits like: ISO 9001:2008, 14001-2004 & BSOHSAS 18001-2007.
• Supplier Audits
• Coordination with Export supplies. Keep all customer data for packaging, pallatising and co ordinating export container stuffing etc
• Monitoring AMC, troubleshooting repair, calibration and testing of various types of process control instruments.
• Monitoring Cleaning validation protocols & reports etc.
• Conducting in-house GMP Training to workers.
• SOP preparations for all product manufacturing, preventive maintenance of equipment and mainting history card.
• Production planning as per forecasting to meet Sales Demand.
• Weekly and daily production scheduling & Monitoring.
• Inventory control with raw material planning as per production need.
• New Product Planning, delivery and ramp-up.
• Daily production and raw material review with production units.
• Transport freight negotiation with timey supply of FG material.
• Raw material reconciliation. Record losses in every batch manufacturing. Do process costing and to keep record of cost sheet and reduction in costing to be achived.
• ISO audits and statutory compliance monitoring and correcting non compliance. Co ordinating with calibration agaency and to maintain all documents.
• Continuously Improving Customer Service Levels by ensuring timely placement of vehicles and delivery in line with production plans.
• Monitoring freight cost against budget and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
• Giving training to all workers for critical process every 3 month and regular requirement every 6 month and to maintain the records.
