Job Summary:

end-to-end production of exhibition booths — from fabrication to on-site installation

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute booth fabrication schedules as per project timelines.
• Supervise carpentry, painting, electrical, and graphic works.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
• Coordinate with design, project, and procurement teams for smooth workflow.
• Manage manpower, materials, and vendor resources efficiently.
• Monitor project budgets and minimize wastage.
• Oversee on-site booth setup and resolve production issues.
• Maintain workshop safety, discipline, and equipment upkeep.
• Adherence to project budgets and material cost efficiency.
• Approve material samples and ensure timely availability at the workshop/site.
• Maintain inventory of tools, hardware, and consumables.
• Quality score and client satisfaction feedback.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of exhibition booth materials, fabrication processes, and detailing.
• Ability to read CAD drawings and translate designs into production.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Production, Mechanical, or Interior Design.
• 3–5 years’ experience in exhibition booth or event fabrication
