power of technology. We are looking for a Production Manager who excels at executing cultural

experiences with precision, creativity, and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end production of shoots, live events, and creative content
• Coordinate with creative teams, talent, vendors, and technicians
• Manage production logistics: locations, rentals, transport, permissions, and crew
• Supervise on-ground setups, rehearsals, and production days
• Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and adherence to timelines
• Track production budgets and streamline interdepartmental workflows

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in events, media, or film production
• Degree or diploma in Media, Mass Communication, or Event Management (preferred)
• Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Working knowledge of basic production equipment and AV tools
• Deep interest in Indian culture, festivals, folklore, and live storytelling
