Production manager (Cables and wire industry )

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee our cable and wire manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of experience in production management within the cables and wires industry, with strong knowledge of single-core and multi-core cable production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
• Allocate resources and manage workforce to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Oversee equipment and machinery maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with company policies.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with purchase and stores.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the production team to drive performance and efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and records.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for better productivity and cost optimization.

• Monitor manpower performance and optimize shift-wise resource utilization.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, ISO practices, and safety norms.
• Graduate/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Production preferred).
• 4–5 years of proven experience in production management in cables and wires manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of single-core and multi-core cable production processes.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
