Production Manager

Role & responsibilities

The production floor is managed with 3 shift

Task and Duties:

- Ensuring the full efficiency of an industrial production plant

- Agree on production targets with managers

- Verify that production is on time and on budget

- Monitor production progress to achieve target targets

- Verify that the quantity and quality of the products meet the standards

- Manage the human resources involved in production

- Identify and resolve any issues that are slowing down production

- Reporting production progress to executives

Skills:

- Skills in production planning and management

- Knowledge of the quality standards of the specific product sector

- Expertise in performance evaluation and monitoring of key indicators (KPIs)

- Ability to create reports based on evaluation metrics

- Ability to use management software

- Goal Orientation

Preferred candidate profile

We seek at least 10 to 15 years of experience of production line in a similar process in steel , chemical or auto-component industry Desirable to have experience in:

Peeling machine

- Grinding machine

- Chromium plate machine

- Polishing machine
