Production Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Based on the production plan, it processes and executes the sequence of production loads
• Oversees the department's activities
• Requests the maintenance manager to intervene through company tools
• Inform the Production and Warehouse Manager about any machine malfunctions
• It verifies the maintenance work carried out and performs checks established by company procedures
• Verify the quality of the product according to pre-established standards
• Organizes the correct storage of waste derived from production activities in the appropriate areas
• Promotes and verifies coordination between the various areas involved in the production process
• Promotes awareness among the staff of the various departments on issues derived from aspects described in the Integrated Management System
• It collaborates in the drafting of the relevant procedures that are part of the Integrated Management System and promotes the dissemination of their content to staff
• Implements the procedures of the IMS
• Report any anomalies found to their direct supervisor

Basic - Moderate operational knowledge of any of the below expertise is MUST

Chroming

Cutting

Grinding

Peeling + Induction Hardening

Polishing + Passivation + packing
