Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager based in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing and managing the production process to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Daily tasks include coordinating with teams across various departments, ensuring quality control, optimizing production workflows, managing project timelines, and liaising with clients and vendors. The Production Manager will also ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain alignment to the company’s objective of delivering top-tier products and services.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in production management, project planning, and workflow optimization
Experience with digital printing, laser cutting, welding, and engraving technologies
Knowledge in interior solutions for civil, electrical, painting, and modular furniture projects
Proficiency in quality control processes and health and safety compliance
Effective communication and leadership skills for coordinating teams and managing client and vendor relationships
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
Previous experience in signage, branding solutions, or related industries is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
