Job Description

Monitor and manage production targets, timelines, and output quality.
Coordinate with the planning, maintenance, and quality departments to minimize downtime.
Implement safety protocols and ensure PPE compliance on the shop floor.
Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot production defects.
Manage, guide, and motivate a team of operators and technicians.
Assign duties, provide on-the-job training, and resolve shop floor issues.
Monitor the attendance, discipline, and performance of production staff.
Maintain production records, shift reports, downtime analyses, and rejection logs.
Communicate production status and issues to senior management.
