Job Description

We are having an urgent job opening in a leading Manufacturing company for "Production Engineer"

Knowledge & Skills

Complete knowledge of Gear Production Planning, leading and controlling to 4M
Problem solving and quick decision Maker Software Knowledge about ERP
Skill Evaluation of workers and Arrange the training program for that.

To achieve Production target as per requirements of PPC by 90%
To Maintain KPI(P,Q,C,D,S,M) Target by 90%
Fulfill requirements 4M to achieve target
To Identify issues in team and provide continuous support to all workers & Shift Supervise
Monitor production & Quality target on daily/weekly/monthly basi
Prepare daily shift wise Man/Machine/Material Plan co-ordinate PP
Prepare action plans about failure of Production and NC Parts (Why-Why Analysis)
Manpower handling like Shift arrangement /Alternate Leave
Organise the DWM meeting with Operator and Shift Supervisor and Review with them about previous day production, Quality, Maintenance and NC management also take suggestion form them and take action on it
Also give information to all if the customer complaints & warranty failure at customer end
Ensure proper house-keeping and follow daily layer audits and take counter-measure on the gaps
Ensure compliance to all targets to achieve all production objective
To reduce cost of consumables parts
Improve In OEE/Machine Utilization and Running Hours
Improvement in Cycle time reduction and Increase the productivity by 20%
To Ensure PPM of Mothly/Yearly is our target and How to reduce? Organize and Ensure availability of require operating personal,tooling and gauges for Production.
