Job Summary

Production Incharge

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and manage day-to-day food production activities.
• Ensure adherence to

  food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, GHP)

  .
• Monitor raw material usage, wastage control, and cost efficiency.
• Maintain and achieve production schedules as per business requirements.
• Supervise production staff, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and proper functioning of production equipment.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports.
• Coordinate with QA, Stores, and Maintenance teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure a clean, hygienic, and safe work environment.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in the

  food processing / food manufacturing industry

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  food safety regulations and compliance

  .
• Proven leadership and team-management skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and achieve production targets.
• Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualities

• Hands-on experience in handling audits and inspections.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices.
• Strong focus on hygiene, safety, and quality.
