You are currently seeking a Production In charge to join our team at Dankuni site. As a Production In charge, your primary responsibilities will include production planning and scheduling, quality control, managing raw materials, equipment, and workforce to optimize production efficiency, ensuring safety and compliance, providing team leadership, effective communication with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and management, cost management, as well as reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry.
