• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production operations
• Ensure continuous and efficient water production according to quality and quantity targets
• Monitor water treatment processes, filtration, purification, bottling, or distribution systems
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Maintain product quality standards and conduct regular quality checks
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and address equipment issues
• Manage production staff, including shift scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and logs
• Control raw materials, chemicals, utilities, and inventory usage
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
• Handle emergency situations and troubleshoot production problems

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in water production, water treatment, or manufacturing operations
• Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and production equipment
• Understanding of quality control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
