Plan, organize, and supervise daily production operations Ensure continuous and efficient water production according to quality and quantity targets Monitor water treatment processes, filtration, purification, bottling, or distribution systems Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Maintain product quality standards and conduct regular quality checks Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and address equipment issues Manage production staff, including shift scheduling, training, and performance monitoring Maintain accurate production records, reports, and logs Control raw materials, chemicals, utilities, and inventory usage Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste Handle emergency situations and troubleshoot production problems Requirements & Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or related field Proven experience in water production, water treatment, or manufacturing operations Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and production equipment Understanding of quality control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance Leadership and team management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines Good communication and problem-solving skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
