Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the production team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and teamwork.
Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and processes to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality wooden furniture products.
Monitor and analyze production metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and best practices throughout the production process.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate design concepts into feasible production processes.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and supplies.
Establish and maintain quality control protocols to ensure all products meet established specifications and quality standards.
Implement cost-saving measures and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Oversee maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
Prepare and manage the production budget, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining quality and performance.
Prepare reports on production performance, including efficiency, quality issues, and any deviations from planned objectives.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align production capabilities with market demand and customer expectations.
Participate in strategic planning and decision-making for long-term production goals and technology enhancements.
