Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Floor Manager, based in Kolkata. The Production Floor Manager will oversee daily floor operations, including production planning and managing workforce activities to meet quality and efficiency standards. The role involves coordinating workflows, optimizing productivity, implementing schedules, and addressing operational challenges to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

Experience in Production Planning and Production Management
Strong People Management and Team Leadership skills
Familiarity with or experience in the Food Industry is preferred
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Effectiveness in communication, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
Knowledge of quality assurance protocols and workplace safety compliance
Relevant educational qualifications or certifications in production management or a related field are advantageous
