Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Floor Manager located in Kolkata. The Production Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring efficient scheduling and planning, managing production workflows, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. Additionally, the role involves team leadership, managing and mentoring staff, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment. The Manager will also coordinate with different departments to streamline operations and meet production deadlines.
