Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan production activities, including daily production planning, line balancing, and shift planning.
Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Handle manpower effectively by utilizing resources efficiently and minimizing rejections.
Ensure smooth shop floor management through effective communication among team members.
Conduct OEE calculations to optimize productivity and identify areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-9 years of experience in a similar role within the auto components industry.
B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Strong understanding of concepts such as Line Balancing, Manpower Handling, Poka Yoke, Kaizen, 5S System, Production Supervising, Daily Production Planning, Shift Planning, Rejection Control.
